After hands-on experience in real estate investing, market analysis, and property evaluation, I became licensed in Nevada in early 2026 to better serve clients looking to buy and sell with confidence. Prior to that, I was actively involved in real estate investing throughout 2021 and 2022, where I successfully flipped two townhomes and developed a strong skill set in analyzing comparable property values, identifying undervalued opportunities, and spotting high potential remodels. That hands-on experience gives my clients a real advantage when it comes to making smart, confident decisions.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas for almost 10 years and purchased my own home in Henderson in 2017, so I understand firsthand what it means to invest in this city. Coming from Los Angeles, I saw the difference immediately, Las Vegas offers incredible value and real opportunities for families and individuals to build wealth through homeownership.

Real estate has also been part of my life for years through my family. My in-laws are developers and commercial property owners, so I’ve been surrounded by the industry and exposed to deals, development, and long-term investment strategies from an early stage.
